I use mobile banking very often. I am at a loss without it. However, it's hard to keep tack of all my passwords and PIN numbers. Lastweek, I entered the wrong number too many times. The bank blocked my account. I had to go to the bank to confirm my identity. I also reset my password. Another time, I lost my OTP. I wanted to kick myself. It was such a foolish mistake. Again, I was forced to go to the bank. I got an OTP re-issued. Last month, my online ID cerificate was about o expire. Thankfully, the renewal process was hassle-free. It was easy to do online.
